Ingredients:
5 1/2 tablespoons distilled water
1 1/2 teaspoons glycerin
1/2 teaspoon jojoba oil
5 drops palmarosa essential oil
4 drops vanilla essential oil
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a bottle, cork tightly, put aside for future use.
To use, thoroughly rub it into the scalp very well every night with a small sponge. Rinse well.
