Easy Teriyaki Beef and Noodle Bowls

Good Sunday Morning everyone! Hope you have a fantastic day today. I'm posting today a delicious easy to do Asian style dish. What makes it so easy is that you use Ramen noodles! Give it a try and then come back and let me know what you think.

The temperature really dropped here last night. I finally had to give up and turn on the gas heat. Oh well, I knew the day would come.

Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/2 pound ground beef
1 9oz package frozen vegetables teriyaki
1 1/2 cups water
1 3 oz package oriental flavor ramen noodle soup mix
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts, if desired

Instructions:

Brown ground beef in medium skillet over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.  Drain.

Add frozen vegetables and water; mix well.  Bring to a boil.  Break noodles into 4 pieces; add noodles and teaspoon of the seasoning from soup mix to beef mixture. Discard remaining seasoning mix.

Reduce heat to medium; simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally to separate noodles.

To serve, spoon mixture into individual bowls.  Sprinkle with peanuts.  If desired, serve with soy sauce.
