Greek Pizza
Since it's Saturday I thought some gooey Greek pizza would fit the order just fine. This is one delicious deep dish meal. May I suggest a salad and your dinner for tonight is done! And best of all...easy easy clean up. YIPEE
Enjoy!

Nonstick cooking spray
1 16 oz loaf frozen honey wheat bread dough, thawed
1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup bottled spaghetti sauce
2 10 oz packages frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded monterey jack or mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a 12 inch pizza pan or 13x9x2 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Press bread dough into prepared pan, forming a 1 inch edge. Prick dough several times with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook ground meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce; set aside. Squeeze all of the liquid from thawed spinach. Sprinkle the spinach over crust. Spoon the meat mixture over spinach. Sprinkle with tomatoes, monterey jack cheese and feta cheese.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
