Cheeseburger Pizza
Ingredients:
1 10 oz package refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 pound ground beef
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 8z can pizza sauce
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
1 cup american cheese, cut into 1 inch squares or shredded
1/2 cup dill pickle slices
1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions:
Preheat over to 425 degress F. Unroll pizza dough according to package directions. Grease baking sheet as recommended in package directions. Place pizza dough on prepared baking sheet. Build up edges slightly. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Removed from oven.
Meanwhile, shape ground meat into into 1 inch patties. In large skillet cook round meat patties about 2 minutes per side or until no longer pink, flipping once during cooking. Drain off fat.
Spread pizza sauce over crust. Top with tomato slices, meat pattie, cheese and pickles. Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Sprinkle with lettuce.
